Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop visual solutions for branding, sales, and product initiatives.

• Update and modify existing designs while creating new ones in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Implement various project types including print, digital, responsive web, and presentations.

• Assist with video editing, motion graphics, and photography projects.

• Respond promptly and thoroughly to changes and deadlines.

• Engage throughout the execution and final launch phases.

• Contribute to the iterative design process by providing active feedback.

• Maintain the quality of visual solutions.

• Support team members and the broader Inmar community.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is required.

• 3 to 5 years of design experience, or a comparable mix of experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Proficiency in design software and the ability to produce accurate final files for both digital and print specifications.

• Capability to work with established brands and interpret designs based on guidelines or prior work.

• Ability to generate ideas both conceptually and visually.

• Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Experience with Figma, Premiere, and After Effects is advantageous.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

• Excellent organizational and project optimization skills.

• Willingness to contribute throughout the creative and production processes.

• Developing skills in prioritization.

• Capability to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Fluent in English with outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
