This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Create assets for web platforms, social media, paid advertisements, email templates, marketing campaigns, retail signage, event graphics, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop innovative concepts and present original ideas.
• Transform campaign ideas into asset collections that span various formats, sizes, and channels.
• Consistently apply NETGEAR brand guidelines and assist in adapting the system for emerging needs.
• Prepare files that are ready for production in both digital and print formats.
• Utilize AI tools for brainstorming, refining, and production, while manually adjusting any unsatisfactory outputs.
• Work alongside marketing, product, and web teams to incorporate their feedback.
• Coordinate with the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure deliverables are aligned with global campaign strategies.
• Manage tasks using monday.com and engage in short review cycles.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or brand environment.
• Experience in consumer technology, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or eCommerce is highly advantageous.
• A portfolio showcasing campaign systems, social media sets, and web assets, including briefs and constraints.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Practical experience with AI tools in design workflows and a keen interest in evolving AI technologies.
• Meticulous attention to spacing, alignment, typography, color, and error detection.
• Conceptual thinking demonstrated in the portfolio.
• Comfortable working within an established brand framework.
• A positive and inquisitive mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages while keeping status updates transparent.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, AI video tools, print production, and design system/component libraries is a plus.
• Must be located in the U.S. or Canada, with a preference for West Coast or PST hours.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of application.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Fully remote work setup.
• Tools provided, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and a Magnific seat.
• Training available on new tools, especially AI.
• Direct collaboration with the Creative Lead and various stakeholders.
