Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual content for various platforms including digital, social media, marketing, and print.

• Develop assets for campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, and other branded materials.

• Generate visual concepts based on creative briefs and transform them into refined designs.

• Implement brand guidelines and ensure a cohesive visual identity across all materials.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and business teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Prepare final files suitable for digital publishing and print production.

• Evaluate and adjust designs in response to feedback from stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating visual design skills in both digital and print formats.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• A strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and composition principles.

• Capability to work from briefs and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Background in visual or brand design rather than UI/UX or product design.

• Experience in designing materials in both Arabic and English.

• Skills in motion graphics or basic video editing.

• Previous experience in an agency or corporate marketing team environment.
