DCX Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop logos and creative artwork, as well as pre-production graphics.

• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and enhance images through photo editing.

• Participate in typesetting and layout design processes.

• Create website mockups featuring engaging visuals.

• Design item templates and recreate items based on specifications and photographs.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring creative avenues.

• Review final designs and recommend enhancements when needed.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their ideas and manage their expectations.

• Execute additional tasks that align with the role's responsibilities.

• Robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Capable of both providing and receiving constructive feedback.

• Strong grasp of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

• Efficient time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Strong verbal, written, and English language communication skills.

• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or US operating hours.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while meeting tight deadlines.

• A passion for design with a discerning eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation within the graphic design industry.
