This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue results in your designated region.

• Begin with prospecting—acquire new inspection points and product lines—then transition into expanding as your accounts develop.

• Foster a sense of urgency and finalize expansions without allowing them to "drift to the next quarter."

• Overcome real-world limitations (technical, operational, organizational) that hinder progress.

• Conduct high-quality discovery sessions involving Quality, Process, Automation, and Operations.

• Clarify your Position Overview against competitors by highlighting real differences: accuracy, deployability, user-friendliness for operators, and platform capabilities.

• Manage timelines effectively: outline next steps, milestones, access to lines, data collection, acceptance criteria, and key decision-makers.

• Detect obstacles early and drive them toward resolution.

• Cultivate enduring relationships: from plant champions to regional leaders to global decision-makers.

• Negotiate and close deals with agility and precision.

• Maintain relentless follow-up and execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history as a top-performing sales professional in industrial/manufacturing technology (quota achievement, rankings, victories).

• Technical proficiency in automation and machine vision (respected by process and automation engineers).

• You instigate urgency: you prospect, follow up, and drive decision-making.

• Exceptional communication skills: clear, organized, and confident when interacting with engineers and executives.

• High level of discipline and self-management: you demonstrate strong ownership of your region.

• Willingness to frequently travel to factories.

• If you are a proficient controls engineer, automation engineer, or manufacturing engineer (or similar) from a leading manufacturer, and you possess a sociable and likable personality while seeking a customer-facing role, you could be an excellent match.
