This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the onboarding process for major new clients
• Implement strategies utilizing the onboarding playbook
• Coordinate cross-functional project meetings
• Assist sales teams throughout the implementation phase
• Interact with Director and VP-level stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert in programs and eCommerce
• Perform customer needs assessments
• Develop scalable program solutions
• Track post-implementation progress
• Enhance onboarding methodologies
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Project Management
• Understanding of customer setup procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with enterprise-level stakeholders
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel
