This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• You will facilitate product activation throughout the renewal and expansion phases by delivering an outstanding experience to our current customers.
• Support existing customers during trials and proof of concepts (POC) for the platform.
• Identify customer pain points and challenges during trials/POCs of additional products while also establishing their goals and influencing their requirements.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for any support inquiries during the renewal and expansion phases.
• Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases as necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the trial/POC experience for our customers by pinpointing key insights, trends, and areas for improvement in the trial process and devising solutions to address them.
• Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing, post-sales technical role such as a Renewals-focused Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager. Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused position is highly preferred.
• Sales Acumen: You thrive in a commercially-driven environment, working closely with sales and success teams to meet revenue goals.
• Cybersecurity/GRC Ecosystem: Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape (e.g., GRC platforms like ServiceNow; SIEMs like Splunk; or other security stack tools).
• Product Expert Mindset: A strong passion for becoming a subject matter expert on a complex software platform.
