This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Collaborate actively with the Sales and Account Executive teams throughout the sales process by engaging in business development calls and meetings with both prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of client needs to effectively design, present, and showcase suitable Information Security solutions during the sales cycle.
• Present CyberMaxx solutions to prospects, customers, and partners.
• Support the Sales team in evaluating and defining solutions for proposals.
• Quickly respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Collaborate with the Sales organization to meet the quota objectives established by the region successfully.
• Partner with industry associates to remain updated on relevant technologies and endorse collaborative technological selling strategies.
• Offer consultative insights to prospects regarding the utilization of people, processes, and technology.
• Maintain and enhance relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in network security and information security.
• More than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of the current threat landscape.
• Highly driven self-starter who operates independently without needing daily supervision.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Experience in presenting and engaging with diverse audiences, from end-users to C-Level executives.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – capable of effectively relating to and connecting with customers in both technical and business roles.
• Proven ability to achieve results while working from home or the office.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year.
• Beneficial, but not mandatory:
• Established relationships with security experts in the region.
• CISSP or other relevant professional certifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field.
• Expertise in Information Security technology verticals (e.g., NDR, SIEM, EDR, VRM, DFIR, MDR experience).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in areas such as PCI, GLBA, SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.
