This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in customer onboarding from the initial conversation to production deployment.
• Facilitate technical explorations, conduct live demonstrations, perform onsite evaluations, and troubleshoot on factory floors.
• Recognize and assess significant inspection opportunities for implementation.
• Carry out hands-on installations and troubleshooting alongside manufacturing teams.
• Supply field insights and feedback to shape product and deployment strategies.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key manufacturing partners in Monterrey.
• Proven track record in industrial settings, preferably with vision systems, robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Comfortable working on factory floors; willing to engage directly with equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support live production.
• Thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Views 60–80% travel across Monterrey and surrounding areas as an opportunity to deepen expertise and foster customer relationships.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Applications Engineer, Field Engineer, Vision Engineer, Robotics Engineer, Automation Engineer, etc.).
• Capable of leading technical discovery discussions, identifying pain points, and converting them into actionable deployment plans.
• Strong systems-oriented thinking and a methodical problem-solving approach.
• Proficient communication skills in both Spanish and English (professional working proficiency).
• Driven to acquire in-depth expertise in AI vision inspection and enhance technical skills.
