This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Collaborate with organizations to inform them about the business advantages of the Arctic Wolf Networks CyberSOC for clients and promote its adoption.
• Provide technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to the customer's business needs.
• Foster an environment where prospects transition into customers, and customers evolve into advocates.
• Navigate challenges during the sales process and assist customers in understanding how Arctic Wolf meets their needs and concerns.
• Serve as the representative of Arctic Wolf to the customer while also voicing the customer's needs within the company.
• Assist in sales qualification and confidently oversee the design of technical architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a technical pre-sales or consulting capacity focused on security solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting, deploying, or designing IT systems in enterprise environments, preferably with a focus on security systems.
• Required technical experience includes networking, security, identity management, cloud services, and proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac.
• Capable of clearly communicating the business application and value of Arctic Wolf technology to a diverse audience, from technical personnel to executive leaders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation capabilities, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude characterized by "I know what the problem is AND I will certainly resolve it."
• Proficient working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
