This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual speech therapy sessions that are student-focused and aligned with IEP goals.

• Perform thorough speech-language evaluations using Parallel’s proprietary Clinical Test Library and automated Report Writer.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, monitor, and enhance Individualized Education Programs.

• Attend IEP meetings and provide dedicated case management for students classified as “Speech Only” when necessary.

• Methodically document session data and track student progress to provide valuable insights during IEP consultations.

• Create comprehensive, goal-oriented progress reports for each reporting period.

• Offer specialized services that comply with state regulations, including AAC support, Pre-K interventions, speech screenings, and supervision for SLPAs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

• Valid SLP license in Oklahoma.

• At least 1 year of full-time experience in a school setting performing IEP-directed therapy and evaluations (post-CFY). A minimum of 2 years is preferred for case management roles.

• Proven knowledge of the IEP process, educational eligibility assessments, and the ability to write comprehensive evaluation reports.

• Previous experience with Medicaid billing systems is highly beneficial.

• Outstanding communication abilities and a talent for establishing rapport with students from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Technologically proficient, with skills in virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation.

• Availability during standard school hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).

• Multilingual capabilities are regarded as a significant advantage.
