This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Receive, scan, and document all relevant clinical information in accordance with SOP/protocol and applicable legislation.

• Collaborate with internal and external clients to request additional information or clarifications as needed.

• Review patient information in the database to ensure accurate documentation based on client requirements.

• Attach Post Infusion Reports to databases to guarantee proper documentation for patient assistance and drug safety program needs.

• Enter data into program-specific databases and the Quality Management System.

• Sort, file, and review incoming faxes and documents.

• Assist in the processing of document translations.

• Perform quality checks on adverse event reports as instructed by work guidelines.

• Aid in literature search and review activities.

• Conduct reconciliation activities with internal and external clients/partners.

• Undertake follow-up and clarification-seeking efforts as necessary to ensure the completeness of safety reports.

• Minimum college-level education is required.

• A diploma or degree with a focus in Life Sciences is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with the Pharmacovigilance industry is an advantage.

• Ability to adapt to changes and learn new skills as needed.

• Experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical fields, along with medical terminology knowledge, is a plus.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a significant asset.

• Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8 PM, if required.
