Packaging Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist the Account Managers in the region by serving as the subject matter expert in the cushioning domain.

• Foster the growth of the cushioning portfolio throughout the designated region in collaboration with local Account Managers.

• Effectively prioritize time and resources to achieve desired outcomes.

• Comprehend key market dynamics and customer requirements related to the cushioning portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and I&D to ensure alignment on market strategy, product offerings, innovations, and solutions.

• Deliver product and solution expertise to distribution channels.

• Partner with Packaging Application Centers on tailored projects.

• Coordinate with the RSD and sales training team to identify gaps in product and solution knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree; MBA or MS is an advantage.

• Over 3 years of experience in outside sales.

• More than 3 years of experience with MS Office Suite.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Willingness to travel overnight.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledgeable in CRM software.
