Virtual Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in expanding reach by promoting online programs

• Deliver outstanding virtual customer support

• Conduct workshops and engage with participants individually

• Support participants in setting up and navigating applications

• Implement focused digital outreach campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Over 2 years of proven experience in a dynamic team setting

• At least 2 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• High level of comfort with web applications and hosting interactive online events

• A Valid Driver’s License
