Virtual Recruiter Consultant – RPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines.

• Assess, screen, and reach out to candidates utilizing the ATS.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruitment setting.

• Conduct phone interviews and issue job offers.

• Prepare candidates for interviews and assist them throughout the process.

• Thoroughly document and monitor all recruitment activities in the ATS.

• Participate in necessary training sessions and apply guidance from mentors and team leaders.

• Collaborate effectively with recruiters and cross-functional teams.

• Exhibit strong technical skills and the capacity to operate across multiple systems concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Talent Acquisition is mandatory.

• Outstanding communication abilities, especially in conducting outbound calls, are crucial.

• Proven technical skills, with the capability to swiftly learn new systems and efficiently use multiple platforms at once.

• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to achieve or surpass performance targets.

• Must be able to work remotely with full equipment.
