This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee designated phases of the recruitment lifecycle, which include: sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and providing onboarding documentation support.
• Identify candidates via approved job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach channels.
• Evaluate applicants based on established role requirements and critical criteria.
• Maintain active and accurate candidate pipelines for both current and future job openings.
• Arrange interviews and clearly communicate subsequent steps to candidates.
• Manage candidate and client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the assigned stages of the recruitment process.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding the status of recruitment.
• Clearly and consistently communicate expectations to prevent misalignment.
• Raise concerns, delays, or gaps in the process to leadership as necessary.
• Keep precise records in the ATS, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
• Document candidate outcomes, feedback from interviews, and subsequent steps.
• Prepare End-of-Day (EOD) or shift reports that summarize: pipeline status, interview results, and any risks, delays, or obstacles encountered.
• Adhere to all data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Training, and Client Success teams to ensure hiring objectives are met.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and leadership to enhance sourcing quality and screening precision.
• Support recruitment initiatives and hiring objectives using approved strategies.
• Stay organized and responsive during periods of high-volume hiring.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree or a four-year course graduate.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and effective time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to structured processes and standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and similar applications.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum of 100MBPS download speed; minimum of 50MBPS upload speed) and dependable computer equipment (at least Intel Core i5 or equivalent with a minimum of 8GB RAM) - a backup device is also required.
• Professional demeanor, coachable attitude, and openness to feedback and potential role reassignment.
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting U.S.-based clients is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms is preferred but not required.
• Background in healthcare support, home care, recruitment, sales, scheduling, or operations is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to adapt to various support functions based on training and performance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of data privacy standards (awareness of HIPAA/PHI is a plus - preferred but not required).
