Virtual Physician Associate / Physician Assistant, OR Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth consultations, including telephone triage, video sessions, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and participate in ongoing educational activities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer evidence-based virtual medical services in collaboration with primary care providers, available 24/7 throughout the year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Associate / Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).

• An active NCCPA certification must be maintained.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine with similar patient demographics within the last 5 years.

• Must hold a current license in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Availability for shifts ranging from 6am to 5pm PST and 12pm to 11pm PST.

• Excellent clinical and communication abilities.

• Proficient in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Effective use of technology to provide high-quality care.

• Capacity to communicate and deliver care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
