Clinical Applications Specialist – X-Ray

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in XR and serve as a technical liaison for the sales team.

• Enhance the technical skills of the team and foster strong customer relationships.

• Propel business opportunities forward.

• Promote new product features and imaging techniques.

• Collaborate with customers to create training plans and strategies that support the integration of new products and address ongoing training requirements.

• Organize, schedule, and implement objective-driven system training.

• Assess and report on training effectiveness.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the modality/team.

• Recognize customer satisfaction challenges and assist with escalations, problem resolution, and specialized training requests.

• Build relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize and enhance protocols.

• Support initiatives in clinical education.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the XR technical/clinical industry.

• ARRT (R) certification is mandatory.

• Proven experience with GE HealthCare XR systems is essential.

• Strong understanding of clinical education training and the implementation of associated processes.

• Experience in delivering complex information and adapting communication based on the audience.

• Willingness to travel extensively (80+%, 4-5 days per week, including overnights and some weekends) throughout the US and Canada using various modes of transportation.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.

• Compliance with applicable customer COVID-19 vaccination mandates is necessary.
