Virtual Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth consultations, including phone triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing educational activities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer virtual clinical services in coordination with patients’ primary care providers.

• Deliver patient care around the clock, every day of the year, through a team-oriented approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).

• Active NCCPA certification is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in an outpatient primary care setting or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine environment within the last 5 years, treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Current licensure in MA, with the capacity to obtain licenses in additional states.

• Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts, including alternating Saturdays and/or Sundays.

• Availability for shifts that range from 12 PM to 11 PM PST, 7 AM to 6 PM PST, and 6 AM to 5 PM PST.

• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

• Competence in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Capability to communicate with and care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
