Virtual Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth appointments, including telephone triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and participate in ongoing educational activities

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles

• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care

• Offer evidence-based virtual medical services in collaboration with primary care providers

• Attend to patients within a 24-hour, 365-day virtual care service

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Master’s Degree from an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS)

• Active NCCPA certification required

• At least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in outpatient primary care treating patients of all ages within the last 5 years, OR at least 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine with patients of all ages

• Current licensure in AZ, CO, CA, or WA, with the capability to obtain additional state licenses

• For Arizona: over 8000 hours of experience and eligibility for PA collaborative status

• Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday

• Flexibility to work current shifts ranging from 12 PM–11 PM PST, 7 AM–6 PM PST, and 6 AM–5 PM PST

• Strong clinical and communication abilities

• Proficient in evidence-based primary care

• Competence in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care
