
Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Implement and execute marketing and sales strategies in a compliant manner to meet territory goals.
• Create daily and weekly call schedules to ensure thorough and effective target coverage.
• Conduct client-directed outbound communications including calls, emails, and strategic virtual interactions with designated targets.
• Strategically plan territories and perform meaningful pre-call and post-call analyses.
• Collaborate with internal regulatory and medical affairs teams, as well as the Engagement Center Call Center Manager.
• Efficiently and effectively address customer needs.
• Utilize the telephony system and accurately record relevant data in the CRM as per customer business rules and training.
• Assist the US Marketing and Sales team in engaging, selling, motivating, and raising awareness among target audiences.
• Contribute to driving business impact for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology sectors.
• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or a minimum of 1 year of specialty experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in HIV products.
• Required strong skills in account management and collaboration.
• Experience in digital, tele, or other multi-channel sales environments.
• Proficiency in technical and computer skills, including MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on performance.
• Expert selling abilities, including success in customer engagement and relationship building through e-promotion.
• Effective in prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance standards.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Advanced business acumen skills are essential.
