
Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist the US Marketing and Sales team in effectively reaching, selling to, motivating, and enhancing awareness among targeted client groups.
• Implement and execute marketing and sales strategies in compliance to meet territory objectives.
• Create daily and weekly call schedules to ensure thorough and effective coverage of aligned targets.
• Perform client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic virtual interactions with designated targets.
• Organize territory activities and conduct meaningful pre- and post-call analyses.
• Collaborate with internal client regulatory and medical affairs teams, as well as the Engagement Center Call Center Manager, to address customer needs efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize the telephony system and accurately document relevant information in the CRM following customer business rules and training.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a minimum of 1 year in specialty experience.
• Strong preference for experience with HIV products.
• Demonstrated account management and collaboration skills are essential.
• Experience in digital, tele, or related multi-channel sales is required.
• Proficiency in technical/computer skills, including MS Office.
• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance.
• Outstanding selling capabilities, including success in customer engagement and relationship-building through e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning skills while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Advanced business acumen is necessary.
• Must adhere to applicable vaccination requirements as mandated by local governments or Syneos Health customers.
