Virtual Outreach Specialist – Healthcare Telesales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach (SMS, email) to inform and educate patients about Accompany Health services and resources.

• Monitor and respond to all incoming calls and SMS from patients interested in learning more about our program.

• Assist patients by answering their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and guiding them on how Accompany Health can meet their needs.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of our services, enabling you to clearly communicate this information to patients.

• Document all interactions and keep timely, accurate records of patient outreach activities.

• Attend and engage in training and coaching sessions to continually enhance our engagement scripts and techniques.

• Provide an excellent experience for all patients interacting with our program, regardless of the outcome of the call or conversation.

• Utilize our proprietary CRM system to track leads, manage appointments, update patient information, log call notes, and create follow-up tasks.

• Meet patient engagement targets as established by company KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare sales, direct marketing, or customer service.

• Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with seniors and other patients.

• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends if necessary.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Must be internet-connected and able to work remotely.

• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales or patient engagement within a health plan, medical facility, or other healthcare settings (Preferred).

• Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and senior services (Preferred).

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Preferred).
