This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• The Area Sales Manager serves as a representative of the company to automotive dealers within the designated market area.
• This role is tasked with enhancing the company's market share by establishing new dealer partnerships, nurturing existing relationships, and boosting awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s).
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in auto finance, with a preference for sub-prime auto financing experience.
• At least three (3) years of sales experience, ideally within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer connections are preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative, identify needs, recommend improvements, implement those recommendations, and assess the effectiveness of changes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: approachable and diplomatic, with the capacity to influence others, manage conflicts effectively, exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive and confidential information, engage with all organizational levels, and foster cross-functional partnerships across the business.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• A team-oriented individual who can adjust to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, with a working knowledge of the internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; able to quickly learn new software as necessary.
