This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Ensure that Sherweb’s solutions are delivered promptly and successfully, aligning with our customers’ requirements and objectives.
• Offer training on our products and platform, providing onboarding and sales support for both new and existing clients.
• Gather customer feedback to pinpoint areas where Sherweb can enhance its products and services.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales assistance.
• Contribute significantly to customer satisfaction by offering efficient, professional, and top-tier solutions.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on resolving issues on the first contact and addressing problems swiftly.
• Manage and take responsibility for internal requests and processes on behalf of our clients.
• Actively support sales efforts through outbound campaigns, client follow-ups, and targeted outreach to identify needs and growth potential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong skills in time management and organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Previous experience in a similar or sales-oriented position is preferred.
• Ability to provide swift responses to customer needs.
• A genuine passion for enhancing the customer experience.
• A natural, personable attitude and a commitment to being a dedicated team player.
• IT experience is preferred.
• Proficient in clear written and verbal communication in English.
