This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Client acquisition - Generate new opportunities while upselling existing customers. You will oversee the entire sales process, from outreach to demonstrations and closing deals.

• Achieving sales KPIs and targets - Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring all sales are finalized promptly.

• Presentation and negotiation – Create precise quotes and design proposals to present to clients in a professional and assured manner. Negotiate contracts as necessary, balancing optimal service with value for the client and SiteMinder's profit margins.

• CRM maintenance - Keep accurate records of your business development efforts within SiteMinder's CRM system.

• Client feedback - Relay client feedback on products to the Product Team to ensure products are evaluated according to this feedback.

• Partner management - Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand. Attend significant functions and events, which may require occasional travel to client sites for meetings with relevant managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales

• Fluent in German (minimum C2 level)

• Professional proficiency in English

• A confident phone presence, the ability to lead meetings with prospects without hesitation, and excellent listening skills

• Strong communication abilities, both in writing and verbally with customers

• Self-motivation and resilience to consistently deliver your best every day
