Services Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• PS responsibilities extend across the EMEA region.

• You will take on the commercial ownership of services, managing the process from the RFP and initial deal scoping through to closure and renewal.

• Involvement in services scoping and proposal creation.

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, PS Architects, and Delivery Governance Leads to define the appropriate professional services engagement and to validate delivery assumptions and feasibility prior to closing for each client.

• Aligning with the customer journey.

• Orchestrating partner-led services.

• Managing the pipeline and forecasting.

• Acting as the voice of the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, particularly with a strong focus on selling professional services, software services, or solution-based engagements at scale to Fortune 1000 clients.

• Demonstrated success in a services-led selling role or a services-attached commercial position, involving complex, multi-stakeholder engagements where the value of services needed to be clearly articulated, scoped, and priced effectively.

• Extensive knowledge of data protection, backup/recovery, cyber resilience, or infrastructure modernization.

• Proven track record of successful partnerships with Account Executives.

• Strong commercial acumen.

• Ability to work comfortably with both productized offerings and custom solutions.

• Executive presence is essential.

• A proactive approach with a focus on action and ownership.
