This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Effectively present and convey the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, whether via phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, including the proper documentation required for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is necessary;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales position with a demonstrated record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills are a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques is required;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are important;
• Results-oriented mindset: ability to accomplish tasks in alignment with company objectives;
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers is required;
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role, as driving is a fundamental function.
