This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outbound prospecting to final contract execution.
• Actively create a pipeline through strategies involving phone, email, and social selling.
• Conduct discovery conversations to gain insights into institutional needs and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate products with authenticity and confidence to engage potential clients.
• Formulate and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at achieving and surpassing quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and activities using HubSpot.
• Represent BetterMynd with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Capability to build rapport with senior-level administrators (Director level and above).
• Strong skills in discovery, listening, and problem-solving.
• Experience in selling to higher education is preferred.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes is preferred.
• Previous experience in selling subscription-based or SaaS solutions is preferred.
• A proven track record of sales success (e.g., quotas, rankings, certifications) is preferred.
