Virtual Musculoskeletal Advanced Practice Provider – NP/PA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide direct, patient-centered musculoskeletal care through telehealth consultations, asynchronous communications, and collaborative clinical discussions.

• Conduct initial medical screenings for newly registered patients.

• Perform follow-up medical evaluations and escalate issues as necessary.

• Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions utilizing comprehensive patient data.

• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists, and health coaches to promote positive patient outcomes.

• Discuss complex cases and exchange best practices with the wider clinical team.

• Adhere to and assist in refining clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.

• Engage in clinical and operational initiatives aimed at improving patient care.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives that shape the company’s musculoskeletal healthcare model.

⛳️ Requirements

• NP or PA qualification as an Advanced Practice Provider.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal/orthopedic care.

• Strong dedication to providing high-quality musculoskeletal care with empathy and efficiency.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Capability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Passion for healthcare innovation and digital health solutions.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.

• Preference for additional state licensure in MI, WI, FL, GA, PA, MN, IA, OH, or MA.

• Experience in telemedicine is preferred.

• Background in health technology is preferred.

• Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment is preferred.

• Flexibility to work varying morning and evening shifts is preferred.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
