This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Execute the client's marketing strategy by delivering effective sales presentations to both current and prospective customers.
• Strategically plan and coordinate activities to ensure consistent and regular coverage of the designated territory in line with a predetermined action plan.
• Manage territory information and adhere to reporting and regulatory standards.
• Conduct client-directed outbound communications, including calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers.
• Provide impactful virtual sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office personnel utilizing educational resources and support materials.
• Build trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and office staff.
• Create and execute a dynamic territory business plan aimed at meeting customer needs and achieving objectives.
• Stay informed about local and regional market trends relevant to the virtual territory.
• Collaborate across functions with field sales partners to support shared, high-value accounts.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is essential.
• A minimum of 1+ years in specialty sales is required; experience in Urology is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with hospital sales experience.
• Proven track record of documented and consistent sales performance achievement.
• Preferred candidates should have at least 1+ years of virtual sales experience.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.
