This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Implement the marketing strategy of the client by conducting sales presentations for both current and potential customers.
• Strategically plan and organize territory activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage in line with a defined action plan.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic engagements with designated targets and prospective clients.
• Present impactful virtual sales demonstrations.
• Communicate the clinical advantages and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office personnel using educational resources and support materials.
• Establish trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual interactions.
• Create and execute a territory business plan aimed at addressing customer needs and achieving objectives.
• Stay informed about local and regional market trends relevant to the virtual territory.
• Manage territory information while adhering to reporting and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate across functions with field sales partners to support shared, high-value accounts.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience is necessary.
• A minimum of 1+ years in specialty sales is required; experience in Urology is preferred.
• Hospital sales experience is strongly preferred.
• A proven track record of documented and consistent sales performance is essential.
• At least 1+ years of virtual sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.
• Capable of executing client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions.
• Proficient in delivering effective virtual sales presentations.
• Able to articulate the clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Competent in developing and implementing a territory business plan.
