Virtual Grant Writer – Recovery, Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out and recognize grants focused on recovery, mental health, addiction, and community assistance.

• Locate funding opportunities that align with the client's intended project.

• Compose and customize persuasive grant applications in accordance with each funder's guidelines.

• Create materials in the client's authentic voice and style, ensuring they sound credible and sincere.

• Begin immediately and contribute to Wing’s mission of assisting companies in developing top-tier teams and streamlining operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Seasoned grant writer with over 5 years of experience.

• Preferred background in healthcare, recovery services, mental health, or church/ministry.

• Advanced proficiency in reading, comprehension, and written English.

• Capability to write persuasively, accurately, and adapt applications to reflect the client’s unique voice.

• Professional English communication skills for onboarding and project coordination.

• Competence in independently researching and identifying relevant grants through grant research websites and databases.

• Must produce genuine, original content and refrain from using AI-generated text.

• Access to grant research websites and databases.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of no less than 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability for work from 2 PM to 6 PM EST, totaling 20 hours per week.
