Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, OR Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations via telehealth, including phone triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing educational activities.

• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily meetings.

• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer virtual clinical services 24/7, 365 days a year as a member of the Virtual Medical Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Within the last five years, have at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), OR two years in urgent care or emergency medicine treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a valid license in Oregon, with the capacity to obtain additional state licenses.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday.

• Flexibility to work current shifts ranging from 7 am to 6 pm PST, 12 pm to 11 pm PST, and 1 pm to 12 am PST.

• Strong clinical and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Willingness to receive feedback and engage in self-reflection.

• Preparedness to adjust personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs.
