Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, MA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations via telehealth, including phone triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in continuous education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other methods.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office team members through daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Provide evidence-based virtual medical services in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Serve patients around the clock, 365 days a year, through a team-oriented approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed a nationally accredited FNP program and hold a national certification.

• Within the last five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of two years in an outpatient primary care setting treating patients of all ages (0+), OR two years in an urgent care or emergency medicine environment treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently possess a license in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, or Massachusetts, with the ability to obtain licenses in additional states.

• For Illinois licensure: must have independent practice authority in Illinois, APRN-FPA.

• For New Jersey licensure: must have Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) status with Full Practice Authority (> 5000 hours in primary care).

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday.

• Flexibility to work shifts from 8am–7pm EST, 11am–10pm EST, 12pm–11pm EST, or 1pm–12am EST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication skills.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• Proficient in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Capable of communicating with and caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
