Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – CO, CA, WA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth appointments, which include phone triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and participate in ongoing educational activities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer virtual clinical services to One Medical patients in partnership with primary care providers.

• Attend to patients in a 24/7, year-round virtual care environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and hold a national certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner within an outpatient primary care setting, caring for patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine with similar patient demographics.

• Currently possess a license in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• For candidates in CA: 103 or 104 certification is highly preferred, with a commitment to obtaining any necessary credentials.

• Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts, including alternating Saturdays and/or Sundays.

• Availability for shifts between 7am–6pm PST and 11am–10pm PST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication skills.

• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care practices.

• Competence in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
