Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner, CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth consultations, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and various other learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Leverage specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Acquire additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical's virtual primary care services in other states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Within the last five years, have at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), OR two years of experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine context also treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently hold a license in California with the ability to secure additional state licenses.

• 103 or 104 certification is highly preferred; willingness to obtain it is required.

• Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday as necessary.

• Available to work shifts that may range from 6am–5pm, 7am–6pm, 11am–10pm, or 1pm–12am PST.

• Possess outstanding clinical and communication skills.

• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

• Capable of effectively utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (One Medical participates in E-Verify).
