This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.
• Oversee recall lists and proactively arrange appointments for preventive and follow-up care.
• Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments for patients.
• Handle incoming calls and assist with overflow from the AI receptionist.
• Coordinate patient care while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Conduct dental insurance verification and eligibility assessments as necessary.
• Follow up with patients concerning recommended treatment plans following exams.
• Reach out to reschedule appointments that were missed or resulted in a no-show.
• Keep precise patient records in the practice management system.
• Assist with other front office administrative duties as required.
• Collaborate with various providers to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.
• 3–4 years of recent experience in the front office of a U.S. dental practice.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in scheduling patient appointments.
• Familiarity with recall management processes.
• Proficient in dental insurance verification.
• Knowledge of treatment follow-up procedures.
• Experience with managing no-show appointments.
• Competence in general patient coordination.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities.
• Preferred experience with EagleSoft EMR.
• Preferred experience with the Weave phone system.
• Preferred experience supporting a multi-provider dental practice.
• A dedicated, quiet home office that is suitable for HIPAA-compliant work.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A computer capable of running multiple applications simultaneously.
• Quality USB headset with a microphone.
• Preferred backup power and/or internet solutions.
• Full-time contractor position.
• 40 hours per week.
• Negotiable pay rate based on skills and experience.
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 10 AM to 7 PM PST.
• Comprehensive training provided by the practice.
• Direct supervision and continuous support from the Practice Owner/Doctor.
• Preferred backup power and/or internet solutions.
