This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Conduct reflective supervision for home visitors and parent educators at least twice a month.
• Facilitate reflective practices and trauma-informed care throughout the program.
• Work alongside the Home Visiting Director to create supervision schedules, objectives, and reflective learning activities.
• Assist staff in establishing positive outcomes and goals for families based on assessments and curricula.
• Foster safe and nurturing relationships between young children and their caregivers.
• Oversee and ensure quality documentation and adherence to CYFD and ECECD standards.
• Uphold family and staff confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and professional development efforts.
• Supervise multiple home visitors/parent educators serving 15–28 families, depending on program requirements.
• Keep accurate records and timely documentation in data management systems.
• Accurately document all reflective supervision sessions and submit them to the Home Visiting Director.
• Ensure family-related data and outcomes are entered into CYFD databases as needed.
• Assist staff in maintaining current and compliant family files.
• Attend mandatory MECA, CYFD, and ECECD training sessions.
• Engage in reflective consultation and ongoing professional development.
• Support the onboarding and training of new home visiting staff.
• Develop and sustain a professional development plan.
• Ensure high-quality reflective supervision and compliance with Home Visiting standards.
• Participate in regular file audits and program evaluations to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (required).
• Active New Mexico license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT required).
• Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred or must be obtained within two years of hire.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and data management systems.
• Effective oral and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to train and mentor staff with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Completion of required Home Visiting and reflective supervision training.
• Ability to operate in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as MECA policies and procedures.
