This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the resolution of routine and moderately complex inquiries related to medical information using approved content, response standards, and documentation protocols.
• Review and update scientific response materials, knowledge resources, and documentation records.
• Capture, manage, document, and escalate adverse events, product quality issues, and other reportable safety information within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, safety, and operational teams.
• Suggest and implement authorized modifications to templates, checklists, routing practices, and workflow controls.
• Guide junior team members and reinforce updated procedures and documentation practices.
• Analyze inquiry trends and service data to pinpoint areas for workflow and knowledge-delivery enhancements.
• A minimum of a college-level education is required.
• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is necessary.
• 1-3 years of experience in Medical Information, Clinical Research, or Drug Safety, or equivalent and related experience in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical information, drug information, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs support, clinical services, healthcare operations, scientific communications, or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance guidelines from Health Canada, US FDA, EMEA, and ICH.
• Experience within the medical and/or pharmaceutical industries.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, if necessary.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Capable of multitasking.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
