Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Promote a product to specialized healthcare providers within a designated territory.

• Meet sales forecasts while fostering product adoption and utilization.

• Provide precise product information, including features, benefits, and recommended usage to healthcare professionals via phone.

• Communicate intricate product-related details in a calm and professional manner in real-time settings.

• Attend to callers' needs while efficiently navigating the CRM to deliver accurate and comprehensive information.

• Utilize coaching and feedback to enhance individual performance and elevate the customer experience.

• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance while adapting to changing business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is preferred.

• At least 1 year of inside sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Capability to provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and recommended usage, to healthcare professionals via phone.

• Advanced listening and decision-making abilities are required.

• Proficiency in understanding and communicating complex product-related information in an informed, reassuring, and professional manner in real time.

• Ability to accept and swiftly implement coaching and feedback.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks while using a CRM and delivering accurate, complete information.

• Strong work ethic; dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs is essential.
