This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate across various functions with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Potentially work alongside Customer Success team members in the US to achieve outstanding customer outcomes and long-term value.
• Spearhead software deployments and ensure rapid, quantifiable realization of customer value.
• Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts.
• Manage senior engineering stakeholders and collaborate with internal Synera AI, Academy, and Technical Experts teams.
• Develop and nurture long-term enterprise relationships.
• Promote adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach initiatives.
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Organize and conduct on-site customer workshops to explore AI applications.
• Execute targeted outbound initiatives.
• Evaluate customer health metrics, formulate action plans, and assess the sales funnel.
• Participate in product webinars and engage in strategic analysis.
• Over 10 years of experience in the engineering field, encompassing enterprise customer success, technical consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic account development.
• Strong knowledge of CAx tools and their applications across automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods sectors.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze customer metrics and proactively address churn risks.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach with a proven history of driving measurable account growth.
