Virtual Clinician – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual “Video Visits” with members of health plans.

• Provide 40 hours of availability each week, ensuring the delivery of over 320 capacity units monthly.

• Achieve a high completion rate for visits, consistently completing over 220 visits each month.

• Uphold training, affiliation, and compliance with the requirements for Video Visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants are required.

• Must be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in the primary coverage state(s).

• Capability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as needed.

• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or a similar format is preferred.

• Must fulfill minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with both video and audio capabilities.
