Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Virtual, CA License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care and women's health services in a virtual environment.

• Provide high-quality, patient-focused care across a wide array of clinical needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guarantee seamless continuity of care.

• Assist in the formulation of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.

• Utilize technology and data to enhance evidence-based clinical decision-making and streamline documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.

• Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with an emphasis on Women’s Health (routine gynecology, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.

• Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; proficient in collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
