This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee intricate executive calendars and arrange both internal and external meetings
• Organize business travel, including itineraries and logistical arrangements
• Compile comprehensive travel briefings, encompassing agendas and necessary materials
• Facilitate daily operations and strategic planning for the executive office
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Teams across various regions
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and file expense reports adhering to company policies
• Draft and create correspondence, presentations, and documentation
• Plan and manage executive events, meetings, and engagements
• Assist with special projects and reporting requirements
• Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple C-level executives
• Strong proficiency in essential executive assistant functions, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
• Experience in supporting executive-level initiatives such as events, reporting, and special projects
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
