This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main professional contact for clients; oversee comprehensive client onboarding processes, address feedback from briefing documents, ensure diligent follow-ups, and facilitate strategic briefing meetings.

• Manage direct, hands-on communication with accounting partners (BDO) and other service providers to implement a tax cleanup and supervise the formal closure of inactive entities.

• Handle all aspects of incoming and outgoing invoicing, manage ongoing expense oversight, and collaborate with tax service providers to ensure full compliance.

• Source, evaluate, and arrange on-site event teams; identify and thoroughly assess a Cape Town-based Social Media Manager with a specialized background in corporate and finance sectors.

• Maintain comprehensive oversight of schedules by being consistently copied on calendars and emails; execute inbox consolidation, manage extensive office administration, and coordinate local and national travel arrangements in strict accordance with the Principal's preferences.

• Supervise administrative outputs for branding initiatives, which includes managing print production orders and logistics with high-end suppliers (e.g., Hot Ink).


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with the professional demeanor necessary to engage with high-level corporate, finance, and media stakeholders.

• Solid foundational knowledge of corporate administration, demonstrated experience interacting directly with tier-one accounting firms (e.g., BDO) concerning compliance, company closures, and tax cleanups.

• A keen eye for talent and skills, with the capacity to independently assess creative and digital marketing professionals within a corporate/financial setting.

• A proven history of functioning as a high-output, self-motivated virtual assistant capable of managing diverse corporate and creative tasks within a strict 5-hour weekly timeframe.

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle synchronized inbox consolidation, calendar management, and structured administrative updates.
