This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the management of executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling tasks.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, conference calls, and corporate events.
• Create reports, presentations, correspondence, and materials for meetings.
• Organize and monitor executive email communications along with follow-up actions.
• Keep precise records, files, and business documentation up to date.
• Aid in project tracking and provide administrative coordination support.
• Arrange travel plans and develop itineraries as necessary.
• Enhance internal communication among departments and stakeholders.
• Conduct fundamental research and gather information for executive review.
• Monitor deadlines, action items, and business priorities effectively.
• Contribute to process improvement and initiatives aimed at administrative efficiency.
• Execute additional administrative responsibilities as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, office management, or similar fields is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are a must.
• Capability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting is important.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
