This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver exceptional behavioral healthcare and therapeutic services through telehealth.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Perform psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Track and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, medical doctors, and various healthcare professionals.
• Conduct suicide risk assessments and consult with clinical leaders.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to evaluate length of stay and level of care.
• Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
• Follow standardized group curricula and treatment planning processes.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health and behavioral concerns.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision sessions equipped with client updates, case formulations, and questions.
• Comply with confidentiality, ethical, professional, and legal standards.
• Stay informed on advancements in behavioral therapy and mental health research.
• Provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians when qualified.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Valid independent licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent (LICSW/LMHC).
• Willingness and capability to acquire additional state licenses as needed.
• Willingness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians when eligible and permitted by state regulations.
• Proven experience in delivering behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy.
• Proficiency in managing clients effectively in virtual environments and adapting interventions to telehealth settings.
• Comfort and competence with technology, including HIPAA-compliant video platforms, EMRs, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of or desire to learn best practices for telehealth, including crisis response and safety planning in remote environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently within a distributed virtual team.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive virtual group culture.
• Highly preferred: 3 years of experience post-independent licensure.
• Experience in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) is sought after.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm EST.
