This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with hospital administrators, physicians, and patients to enhance awareness of cardiac arrhythmias and treatment options, including catheter ablation.
• Analyze market dynamics on both the hospital and provider sides, utilizing Therapy Advancement tools to improve patient access.
• Provide education to Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and Emergency Medicine Physicians about ablation procedures, their benefits, and outcomes.
• Work alongside Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales teams to develop and implement compliant, data-driven territory strategies.
• Deliver intricate health economic information to physician leaders, hospital executives, and business partners.
• Advocate for Electrophysiology programs by engaging with health system administration and hospital leadership.
• Maintain consistent communication with the sales team and the leadership of Johnson & Johnson MedTech EP.
• Implement national, regional, and local promotional initiatives for Johnson & Johnson MedTech EP.
• Comply with corporate, federal, state, and local regulations while completing training, expense reporting, and administrative tasks punctually.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of business experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, clinical, or commercial business is necessary.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships within an organization.
• Demonstrated history of effectively leading multiple projects with urgency.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including overnight stays and/or weekends.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tennessee area.
• Previous sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology is preferred.
• Prior sales and/or clinical experience in cardiovascular therapeutic areas is also preferred.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
