This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist in executing occupational therapy interventions as outlined in established treatment plans.
• Help individuals in cultivating and sustaining skills necessary for daily living and functional independence.
• Contribute to assessments and perform observations under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Monitor and report any changes in functional status, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Provide training on adaptive techniques, equipment, and assistive devices.
• Record therapy activities, progress notes, and service delivery in alignment with established standards.
• An Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy along with four (4) years of documented experience working with populations having co-occurring physical health and behavioral health, physical health, or chronic conditions; OR a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Must be fully licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Candidates must reside within Trillium’s Mid State or South Central Region in North Carolina.
• Ability to travel to a Trillium office location and within the catchment area as necessary.
• Passing a drug test is a condition of employment.

• The resume should contain licensure/certification information, if applicable.
